DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy
Faply Live (faply.live) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes how FAPLY LIVE responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. The website does not host video content; videos are embedded from third-party platforms.
Filing a notice
If you believe that material available on faply.live infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected]. The notice must include:
a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with the exact address (URL) of each page where it appears;
your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on its behalf.
What happens next
On receipt of a complete notice we will remove or disable access to the material identified in it. Because the material is hosted by a third party, we also recommend sending your notice to the hosting platform so that it can be removed at the source. Incomplete notices may not be acted upon.
Counter-notice
If you believe that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found.
Repeat infringers
We may stop featuring sources or channels that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
